The Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industry. Mines and Agriculture (ECCIMA) on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, donated a gigantic electric generator to the Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Enugu state Council.

SummitNews recalls that the leadership of ECCIMA had during its recent official visit to the Correspondents’ Chapel secretariat, Edinburgh, Enugu, promised to donate a generating set to the Chapel to enable it sort out its electricity problem.

Tuesday’s event marked the fulfillment of ECCIMA’s promise to the Chapel.

In another development, ECCIMA announced that the 33rd Enugu International Trade Fair will take place from March 25 to April 4, 2022.

The theme of this year’s fair is “Opening up Nigerian business windows for competitiveness in the emerging global market.”

According to Mr. Nduagwuike, the Nigerian Breweries PLC will actively participate in this years fair, after twelve years of boycotting the annual event.
