SUSPENSION/VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE ON THE NATIONAL LEAD (BARR MAURICE EBAM) IN LINE WITH ARTICLE 2, 4, 5, 9, 11 & 14 OF OUR CONSTITUTION ON ISSUES THAT BOTHERS ON TYRANNY, POOR LEADERSHIP SKILL, LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, UNACCOUNTABILITY, UNILATERALLY ACTING WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE NWC AND NEC.
We write to notify you, that after constantly working against the constitution of ADC Coalition Support Network, especially at our last NEC meeting on the 8th November, 2025 the national executive council do hereby suspend you (Barr. Maurice Ebam) as the National Lead of the coalition support network and passes a vote of no confidence on your leadership.
The reason for your suspension/vote of no confidence are as follow:
– ADC CSN is an organization not a sole enterprise even as sited with the government and all relevant authorities, no individual has the veto power to dissolve an entire organization (nation working committee, national executive committee) which can be sited as total abuse of our constitution due to your constant autocratic leadership style sited in the below dates 8/11/2025, 6/11/2025, 27/10/2025, 24/10/2025.
– Unaccountability/lack of transparency as no single individual has the autonomy to run an organization fund without due process and good accountability process of organization resources gotten or spent or remitted as this is the case that bothers on your recent conduct alongside with Zakari. Let it be recalled that the name of this organization was used to apply for the funding of a program at Gombe to the tone of Ten million naira (₦10,000,000) and approved by a big stakeholder/national patron of this organization (Prof. Isa Ibrahim Pantami) and which upon our visit to his office he gave the organization another Three hundred thousand naira (₦300,000) for support, which some expenses and honorarium was approved by part of the board members the sum of Two hundred and twenty thousand naira with a balance of Eighty thousand naira (₦80,000) in Hon.Zakari possession till date you Maurice Ebam and Zakari can not give account of both the (₦10,000,000 and ₦80,000) of this organization.
– Poor Leadership skills, since the organization commenced her full operation you have constantly been absent both at our various online meetings and communications on leadership approvals channeled towards your office, you have always addressed the NEC rudely without rumous or apology regardless of there status, age and gender having full knowledge of the fact that this same NEC has contributed deeply to the growth of this organization in there various locality, you act without respect to the constitution and offices designated for various assignments.
– Sabotage and Conspiracy against the leadership of ADC for your selfish interest which can be sited in all your dealings from our various banner printing to branding of a car in the organization name with disguise of working for the ADC.
– You have continously issued out threatening statements to members of NEC using your identity as a cultist as a weapon to suppress individual opinion on the part of progress.
Summary: This in no way aligns with the characteristics of a true leader as can also be sited in your exit from the position of national youth leader betraying the trust of the party over money and desperation and youthful exuberance, which has made you act like a tyrant than a democrat. Your continous attack on the southern section of this organization especially the south west has brought this very motion of your suspension and vote of no confidence by the national executive committee as you have vowed to unleash fire on all but be duly warned that no one is above the law as an acclaimed legal professional you should know better.
On this note the house here by summons you and Zakari to come give a clear account of the ten million naira and eighty thousand naira balance and all other expenses and events carried out by you and Zakari.
ADC Coalition Support Network lives on and it’s never the sole property of an individual, you are expected never to act in the capacity of the national lead till the national executive committee recalls your suspension.
