Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, on Wednesday, January 28, chaired the monthly Security Council Meeting with heads of all the security agencies and para-military organizations working in the State in attendance.

The meeting evaluated and reviewed the State’s Security Situation and Strategies to sustain the peace and order across the State.
The Special Adviser to the Executive Governor on Security Matters, Navy Commander MacDonald Ubah (Rtd), briefed the Press after the meeting, assuring Abians that the State is safe and secured.
The retired Security Chief warned criminals not to test the government’s resolve, urging citizens to report suspicious activities while going about their lawful businesses without fear, maintaining that the Security of lives and properties remains a top priority of the administration.
