THE Hall of Igbo Achievers Foundation (HIAF), a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), has declared HRM Eze (Dr.) Cletus Ikechukwu Ilomuanya, CON, the Obi of Obinugwu Autonomous Community in Orlu Local Government Area of Imo state, winner of its maiden Integrity and Excellence Award on Traditional Leadership and Public Engagement.
Nze Sam Nwanze, Chairman/CEO, HIAF, and Editor-in-Chief Igbo Book of Records, in a statement by Mike Ubani, Executive Director HIAF, and Executive Editor, Igbo Book of Records, states that the award will be conferred on HRM Ilomuanya, on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the magnificent International Conference Centre, Enugu, by 12 noon.
The event will also witness the presentation of the second edition (2025) of Igbo Book of Records, a publication of HIAF, to members of the public.
The highpoint of the event will be the conferment of the BEST SOUTH-EAST GOVERNOR OF THE YEAR (2025) AWARD, on the Enugu State Governor, Barrister Peter Ndubuisi Mbah.
The Hall of Igbo Achievers Foundation, is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of Igbo heritage and culture, as well as identifying/celebrating Igbo sons and daughters, who by dint of hard work and perseverance achieve good success in their various areas of endeavour.
