Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti (OFR), has approved the appointment of additional aides to assist him in the business of governance, just as he reassigned others to different positions.
A statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Citizen Ukoha Njoku Ukoha, and made available to SummitNews, named the new appointees as follows:-
1. Barr. Chijioke Nwankwo – Deputy Chief of Staff, Deputy Governor’s Office
2. Mr. Emmanuel Okpechi, FCA – Special Adviser, Internally Generated Revenue
3. Dr. Emeka Enyiazu – Special Adviser, Education (Tertiary)
4. Mr. Chinasa Frank Iheanyi – Liaison Officer, National Assembly
5. Mr. Ndubuisi Ike – Special Adviser, Finance & Economic Development
6. Dr. Eric Egwuibe – Special Adviser, Budget and Planning
7. Mr. Osinachi Nwaka – DG, Ministry of Finance Incorporated
According to the statement, the following officers were reassigned:-
1. Mr. Chimereze Okeigbo – CEO, Abia SME Microfinance Bank
2. Urenna Abazie – DG, Abia State Orientation Agency
3. Mrs. Chinwe Kalu Uba – Special Assistant, Industry & SMEs
4. Mrs. Matilda Anyamele – Special Assistant, Arts, Culture & Creative Economy
