Hon. Dennis Rowland Ceaser, the representative for Isiala Ngwa South State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, has officially joined the Labour Party (LP).
Elected in 2023 under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Ceaser was suspended by his ward last week after he publicly supported Governor Alex Otti for a second term.
His switch to the Labour Party was formally announced during a plenary session at the Abia State House of Assembly on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
This shift contributes to the changing political dynamics in Abia State as lawmakers continue to realign ahead of the upcoming election cycle.
