AHEAD of the 2027 general elections, the Ujodo Unity Forum, a leading cultural and social organisation in Mbulujodo Nike, in Enugu East Local Government Area of Enugu State, has expressed its readiness to mobilize the masses in the 7 communities in the area and beyond to re-elect Gov. Peter Mbah for a second tenure as the Executive Governor of Enugu State.
Hint to the effect was dropped by the National President of the Forum, Hon. Dr. Livinus Okwor during an interactive session with Newsmen in Enugu.
According to .Dr. Okwor, the decision to work for Gov. Mbah’s re-election was as a result of the Governor’s great achievements in the Mbulujodo land.
‘We can not forget in a hurry what Mbah has done for us during his first term and is still doing which no governor he’d done in the past.
“Today Emene is wearing a new look with good roads courtesy of the 27 street roads he reconstructed. He brought to life some moribund companies such as Nigergas etc. Mbulujodo sons and daughters have their fair share of appointments in his administration.
“Since the only reward for good work is more work, that is why we have to work assiduously to return him to office. Ujodo Unity Forum has the capacity, and capability to do so”. and so we shall do,” declared Dr. Okwor.
