Ahead of the 2027 general elections the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) Candidate for the Federal House of Representatives for Nsukka/Igbo-Eze South Federal Constituency, Dr. Hilary Onyishi, has called on party members across Enugu North Senatorial Zone, to continue to embrace peace, unity and Harmony, saying that a united NDC remains stronger and better positioned to advance the interests and aspirations of the people of Enugu state,
Dr. Onyishi who stated this on Monday during an NDC Zonal stakeholders meeting held at Nsukka, expressed profound appreciation to Members of the party in the zone over what he described as their unprecedented support towards his candidacy, and that of
other NDC candidates across Enugu state.
The leaders, stakeholders and members of the party in the zone at the meeting presided over by the NDC Zonal Chairman, Hon. Ugwu Jude, reaffirmed their commitment to building a stronger united, political family dedicated to good governance, effective representation, and better future for the people of Enugu state, Nigeria and beyond
The meeting was attended by NDC State Chairman, Hon. Izuchukwu I Obetta; , candidates for State House Of Assembly election, NDC State Leader, Hon. Eze-Bernard; Zonal Woman Leader, Hon. Attangwu Chinyere; Zonal EXCOs; Local Government NDC Chairmen; Ward NDC Chairmen;and other stankeholderf.
Speaking earlier. Okechukwu Ugwu, reaffirmed the total support of the leaders, stakeholders and members of the party,for all NDC candidates, from the Presidential Candidate down to candidates contesting for the State House of Assembly and other elective positions.
He stressed the importance of collective support for the success of the party at all levels during the election.
