A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has declared invalid the Peoples Democratic (PDP) party’s primary election that produced Asue Ighodalo, as its governorship candidate
The Presiding Judge Justice Inyang Ekwo, voided the election on the ground that 370 delegates who were supposed to vote at the primary election were unlawfully excluded by the PDP.
